Man suffers serious injuries after being struck by vehicle in the Hart

PRINCE GEORGE—A man is in hospital with suffering serious injuries after being hit by a car earlier today (June 17).

Prince George RCMP say that at around 11:15 a.m. they received a report of a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian on the 3800 block of Austin Rd.

Officers, along with other emergency health services attended the scene and found an adult male suffering from serious injuries. The male was transported to hospital.

RCMP say that the adult driver of the vehicle remained on scene and is co-operating. Alcohol or drugs are not believed to be a factor in the accident.
