10 taken to hospital following two-vehicle collision near Pine Centre Mall

PRINCE GEORGE — A two-vehicle collision slowed traffic near Pine Centre Mall early this afternoon.

Prince George RCMP Cpl. Craig Douglass says at 1:45 p.m. Mounties received an abandoned 9-1-1 call near where Highway 97 passes over Massey Drive.

“Frontline officers and other emergency services attended the area and found a two-vehicle collision involving a pickup and an SUV at the corner of Massey Drive and Pine Centre Road.”

In all, he says 10 people were taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries sustained from the crash.
