UNBC goes virtual with summer camps
PRINCE GEORGE – With public health considerations ruling out the possibility of in-person camps this summer, the UNBC Active Minds team have gone virtual.
An obvious change from their typical summer camps, they got creative and created three different activity streams to keep children engaged, entertained and educated in order to overcome the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
For years the UNBC Active Minds program has worked to engaged and inspired children between the ages six and 12 through its summer camps.
