Evacuation alert due to Bulkley Lake wildfire rescinded

PRINCE GEORGE — The Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako and Wet’suwet’en First Nation rescinded its evacuation alert in relation to the Bulkley Lake wildfire.

It covered east of Bedore Road to West of Broman Lake Road, south of Bulkley Lake including Duncan Lake IR No. 2, and east of Taman Creek Road to West of Broman Lake FSR.

The Bulkley Lake wildfire is measured at approximately 182 hectares.
