PRINCE GEORGE —For the second time in less than a week, record temperatures have graced Prince George.
Following last Saturday’s record high of 24.5 degrees, the temperature reached a record high of 26.8 degrees on Thursday. Environment Canada says that broke the previous record high of 25.2 degrees set back in 1998.
Environment Canada is forecasting another hot day today, with temperatures expected to hit 25 degrees but it’s not looking like that will continue this weekend with a high of 18 expected tomorrow and a high of just 10 on Sunday.
Things are forecasted to get warmer next week with a high of 22 expected by next Wednesday.
