Antler Creek Wildfire: BC Wildfire Service reporting reduced fire behaviour

Antler Creek wildfire behaviour has reduced over the last few days due to favourable weather and suppression efforts, according to a BC Wildfire Service social media post on Saturday (July 27) morning.
A dedicated BCWS incident management team is responding to the Groundhog Complex wildfires, which includes the Antler Creek blaze and 19 others.
The Cariboo Regional District has lifted evacuation orders for Barkerville, the Bowron Lake Park area and the Bowron area.
The Antler Creek wildfire is 14,283 hectares in size as of the latest wildfire service website update on Saturday morning.
