PRINCE GEORGE — The suspect in the arson at CrossRoads Brewing on September 5, 2025 has pleaded not guilty.
Fifty-seven-year-old Richard Titchener made the plea Wednesday in Prince George Provincial Court.
Titchener also elected to be tried by a Supreme Court judge sitting without a jury. He also proceeded by way of a consent committal, which means his matter will be transferred to Supreme Court for trial without a preliminary inquiry in provincial court.
The first appearance in Supreme Court will be on October 14, 2025 at 9:30 a.m.
