TWolves fall to UBCO Heat in Kelowna
KELOWNA — It’s another setback for the UNBC Timberwolves basketball teams as they were beaten by the UBCO Heat in Kelowna Friday (Nov. 14) night.
The TWolves men lost 86-74 for their first losing streak of the Canada West season, as they sit with a 2-4 record.
Tony Kibonge led the way for UBCO with 19 points while Evgeny Baukin had 17 points. Haukur Davidsson also reached double-digits with 11 points.
In women’s action, the TWolves fell 72-48 to the Heat at the UBCO Gymnasium to remain winless at 0-6.
