Gun And Drugs Seized After Search Warrant

STEWART – RCMP executed a search warrant on a home and vehicle on the 400 block of 8th Avenue in Stewart last Monday.
A 44-year-old Terrace man was arrested and then released on a promise to appear in court on November 22nd.
Police seized a large amount of suspected cocaine and methamphetamine, along with marijuana, drug paraphernalia, a gun and cash.
The man faces charges including possession for the purpose of trafficking a substance, unauthorized possession of a firearm and storage of a firearm contrary to regulations.
