Cougars look to close out pre-season on winning note

The exhibition schedule hasn’t been too kind to the Prince George Cougars.

The club goes into their final pre-season game Saturday afternoon with an 0-4 record during exhibition play.

However, the results aren’t as big of a worry during pre-season play as they would be during the regular season.

Saturday afternoon’s contest provides the Cougar hopefuls, one final opportunity to impress the coaching staff and management before the final roster decisions are made.

The Cougars will look to build some momentum going into the regular season as they finish up their two-game series with the Edmonton Oil Kings in Dawson Creek at the Encana Events Centre.
