Minor Midget AAA Cougars drop season opener

The Minor Midget AAA Cougars opened their 2019-2020 season Saturday as they welcomed the Okanagan Rockets to Kin 2.

Unfortunately for the home side, it wasn’t the result they would have liked to start the campaign as they dropped their opener 6-2.

Linden Makow and Decker Mujcin had the goals for the Cougars in the loss.

The good news is the Minor Midget AAA Cougars won’t have to wait long to try and get some revenge on the Rockets as the two clubs will meet Sunday morning at Kin 2 in a re-match.

Puck drop is at 11:00 a.m.
