Doughty scores OT winner for Los Angeles Kings in 4-3 win over Calgary Flames
CALGARY — Drew Doughty scored the overtime winner for the Los Angeles Kings in a 4-3 win over the Calgary Flames on Tuesday.
The Kings collected their first win of the season after falling 6-5 in their season-opener to the host Edmonton Oilers on Saturday.
Doughty scored a power-play goal 50 seconds into overtime.
Tyler Toffoli had a goal and an assist, with Sean Walker and Ilya Kovalchuk also scoring for Los Angeles (1-1-0). Jeff Campbell posted 37 saves for the win.
