Volunteers needed to serve and chat

PRINCE GEORGE – Thanksgiving is a time when friends and family gather and share a meal. The Fire Pit, located downtown is a drop-in centre where people go to get a cup of coffee and connect with others.

Tomorrow, at noon the Fire Pit will host its 13th annual thanksgiving meal for those people looking to get of the cold and surround themselves with people.

Organizers are looking for volunteers who can serve the meal and chat with those during this holiday time.

The Fire Pit is located on 1120 3rd Ave.
