4-vehicle MVI on Hart Highway

PRINCE GEORGE — Update: RCMP say it was a four-vehicle crash. The crash appeared to be a head-on collision.RCMP say there were injuries, the severity of which are unknown at this time.

Earlier: Motorists beware.

A three-vehicle crash on Highway 97 near Monterey Road in Prince George Tuesday morning has slowed traffic.

The accident has diverted traffic northbound on Highway 97 to Monterey Road while southbound traffic is down to one lane.

No word on the cause of the crash though conditions are icy. RCMP and Prince George Fire Rescue are on scene.
